Delivery Time Frame
We understand the importance of timely delivery. That’s why we strive to process and deliver all orders within 7–12 working days. Working days are defined as weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Methods & Partners
We work with trusted international courier services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure your package arrives safely. All our orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility.
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over £300.
- Express Shipping: Available for a fee of £20–£35, depending on the destination and urgency.
Any customs fees, import duties, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is rejected due to customs charges, the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred during the process.
