How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

- Approval: Our team will respond within 48 working hours with further instructions.
- Return Address: Upon approval, we will provide the return address. For security, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items purchased during sales or discounts (except defective products).
- Custom-made or made-to-measure goods.
- Products that have been worn, used, or altered.
- Orders containing more than two items to discourage trial-and-return or resale practices.
Refund Process
